The Rigger is responsible for the safe and accurate set up and strike of flown equipment, trussing, beam clamps, SpanSets, manual hoists, chain motors, and all related hardware. A Rigger will be responsible for weight calculations and the correct setting of rig points, while leading a team of assistant riggers and maintaining a safe environment.
