Event Production NYC, a New York City-based event production company, was delighted to partner with Commerzbank to celebrate their annual gala for shareholders and investors at the iconic American Museum of Natural History. 

To transform this architecturally stunning venue into an environment suited to the gala dinner and investors ceremony, our team built a custom stage riser complete with a crystal clear acrylic podium, wireless microphones, and stage lighting. 

We also strategically placed wall flats around the space for projection and installed a full PA system devised of line-array speakers, subwoofers, and passive speakers to ensure that the sound was distributed evenly throughout the large museum hall. Using the majestic vaulted ceiling, historic murals, and the world’s most dynamic dinosaur display as our backdrop, we transformed the Museum’s sweeping Theodore Roosevelt Rotunda into an immersive experience for all attendees.
