Delta Airlines partnered with Crossfire to bring their popular Delta Dugout experience to New York baseball fans for the annual event held at Grand Central Terminal’s Vanderbilt Hall for the New York Corporate Event Service.

Delta is one of the major airlines of the United States and a legacy carrier. It’s Delta Dugout program rewards baseball fans with the chance to play catch with baseball superstars and celebrates partnership with six of the Major League Baseball teams: the Atlanta Braves, Detroit Tigers, Minnesota Twins, New York Mets, New York Yankees and Washington Nationals.

Working side-by-side with the Delta team, Crossfire transformed the Midtown Manhattan landmark into a baseball paradise. Live games were projected onto big screens and broadcast throughout the space on multiple LED TV monitors. Attendees relaxed in a replica of Delta’s Sky Club Lounge, outfitted with our event furniture, decorative posts, and ropes and stanchions.

Custom branding with blue and white banners stoked the atmosphere, as baseball fans enjoyed appearances by big-name players, interactive gaming experiences on our Touch Screen UDH LCD Display Monitors, and bursts of fun from the Delta Crew. 

The four-day event brought together thousands of NYC baseball fans in an immersive, unforgettable experience. NY Corporate Event Service’s corporate event production services are sought after by many Fortune 500 clients, and we were excited to collaborate with Delta on this project.
