In the heart of New York City’s iconic Times Square, our team partnered with Event Guru to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Kerala, India. We were thrilled to provided full event production services for the event, including an XXL mobile stage rental, audio, lighting, LED video walls, media risers, video production, and power distribution. The cultural program was conceptualized and produced by Event Guru, the producer of Diwali at Times Square. It was part of a three-day conference held at the Marriott Marquis. The celebration in Times Square featured a special appearance by the Chief Minister of Kerala, as well as breathtaking performances by Vidya Vox, Divyaa Unni, and Sarina Jain.
