The 2023 Vegan Women Summit united the world’s top CEOs, celebrities, investors, and cutting-edge sustainable brands from the realms of food, fashion, and beauty.

The three-day event was held at the charming and historic 99 Scott warehouse located in Brooklyn. It featured engaging presentations and thought-provoking panel discussions on two large stages provided by Crossfire. 

In collaboration with Spire Connection, our team provided comprehensive event production services for the event which also featured an exclusive VIP area, a bustling marketplace, a networking alley, and exciting brand activations.  Our conference audio visual services provides support for all types of corporate, expo, conferences, and summits in the New York Metro area.

In addition to the staging gear, we also managed all the truss structures, pipe and drape, audio, video, lighting, power distribution, cameras and live streaming services.
